In my current position, I design YIG based electronic products - YIG control circuits, sub-assemblies and Synthesizers. Coordinate projects from conception to production. Manage employees in the Engineering department; this includes electronic design, software/firmware design, manufacturing engineering, mechanical design, printed circuit design, bill of materials creation and revision, specifying and purchasing of components and maintaining engineering records. I also support all employees within the company on any technical issues. Write programs for automated testing of products as required. Work with the sales department to answer customer questions, estimate and/or take measurements to verify the company can meet new customer requirements. In 2014 Micro Lambda received the ISO9001;2008 certification. Most recent, completed design projects are the MLSP synthesizer and the MLBF bench test filter products. We have completed numerous Military / Defense projects.
