PT. Golden Star Indonesia is one of the biggest intensive shrimp farm companies in Indonesia located in Situbondo, Banyuwangi, Lombok, and Sumbawa. Our shrimp is globally exported, and BAP certified. As an Operations Manager, I am in charge of providing inspired leadership for the organization; developing, implementing, and reviewing operational policies and procedures; working with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and planning for short and long-term goals; identifying and addressing problems and opportunities for the company; and supporting worker communication with the management team.

Terang Agung Motor's Group is a family-owned company with many business lines. Here, I held responsibility as a General Manager in some subsidiaries (PT. PAA Hatchery, PT. Agung Abadi Property, Kokonut Guesthouse, and Shrimp & Co.). I was highly responsible for managing aquaculture business, construction projects, and hospitality business. My biggest role was to lead each team in the company so it works accordingly and could achieve the expected performance. In the other hand, I was highly responsible for maintaining relationship with various personalities of customer and seafood exporters, and resolving any disputes occurring with stakeholders and customer.Achievement :- Successfully collaborated with some of the most leading processors and exporters of various seafood products: PT. Bumi Menara Internusa (BMI), PT. Winaros Kawula Bahari, PT. Mega Marine Pride, and PT. Sumber Karunia Laut (SKL)- Successfully distributed shrimp seeds and penetrated market all around Java, Madura, Bali, Lombok, Sumbawa, Sulawesi, Batam, and Bintan Island in the 1st year of production- Increased net sales by 25% during the 3rd production period, from 72 million to 90 million shrimp seeds (June - September 2017)- Achieved highest sales performance and successfully increased net sales by 24,75% during the 15th production period, from 97 million to 121 million shrimp seeds (March - May 2020)- Successfully delivered Shophouse construction project with an area of 4307 m2 in the east side of Pembangunan Nasional ‘Veteran’ University, Surabaya (February – December 2017)- Successfully delivered Executive Homestay construction project with an area of 1675 m2 in the southwest side of City of Tomorrow Mall, Surabaya (December 2017 – November 2018)- Successfully delivered Upper-Middle Class Residence construction project with an area of 450 m2 in Kertajaya Indah Timur near Galaxy Mall, Surabaya (November 2018 – May 2020)

I assist in interpreting country representative of universities around the world during educational exhibition. I also advise potential students who want to continue their study abroad.

It was my part time job as a third-year college student. I was responsible for providing materials and teaching students related to Computer System and Basic Programming subjects. Furthermore, I also assisted lecturer to mentor students in their difficulty in computer laboratory.

It was a full time job after I was graduated from secondary school before entering university. My responsibility was in advancing our services to the potential client to entrust their funds for investment. Moreover, my duties were also in analyzing the latest stock market trend and in reporting on opportunities for growth of client investments. I also represented clients to buy or sell stocks in order to secure the investment or to achieve the best return of profit.
