Managed and developed a streamlined consolidated planning process for all the business units within Williams (E&P, Pipes, Midstream, Marketing and Corporate). This allowed us to create multiple “what-if” scenarios with full multi-year financials (income statement, balance sheet and cashflow) in a single day. Previously the consolidation process took 1 to 2 weeks and only included the consolidated income statement. These efficiencies created more reliable and timely information for Senior Management to make real-time decisions. • Managed the consolidation of all business units for the annual plan and monthly forecasting process producing multi-year full financial reports (income statement, balance sheet and cashflow). • Reported results and variance analysis to the CFO with recommendations on next steps. • Throughout the calendar year, created multi-year consolidated forecast scenarios based on changes in commodity prices and market conditions. • Led the corporate team responsible for implementing Hyperion Essbase as the primary forecast and planning consolidation tool. • Transitioned all users to Hyperion Essbase which provided the ability to run multiple “what if” planning scenarios, allowing Sr. Management to make immediate real-time decisions as commodity prices and market conditions changed. • Collaborated with Business Development and outside bankers to create WPZ and WMZ master limited partnerships. • Provided support to functional areas across the company as WMZ and merged into WPZ (the “Big Bang” transaction).

• Processed monthly financial statements, income statement, balance sheet & cash flow for the primary corporate entity (TWC) to be consolidated with Williams operating units. • Worked closely with the Consolidation Team in the analysis of various accounting issues related to TWC. Submit a monthly analysis to the Consolidations Group of the $14B investment Williams holds in its subsidiaries and the subsidiaries offsetting paid in capital adjustments. • Prepared monthly Common and Treasury Stock reconciliation for TWC for the outstanding shares, the EPS calculates; reviewed all monthly journal entries entered on the corporate ledger. • Submitted quarterly account analysis for the 10-Q and annual analysis for the 10-K. Worked year round with outside auditors (Ernst & Young) on issues related to TWC. • Prepared a monthly 36-month rolling forecast (income statement, balance sheet & cash flow). • Planned annual budgets for various corporate departments and worked with subsidiaries to reconcile inter-company accounts.
