Director with 20 years’ experience in volume House Building. Experienced in all pre-construction functions from viability through to detailed design specialising in mixed use regeneration, brownfield and Greenfield housing schemes of up to 1000 units. Able to identify, evaluate, manage and mitigate project specific risk through the pre-construction phase of all projects to ensure the timely and efficient commencement of construction operations. Past experience as a Technical Director leading a team of Architectural Technologists, Engineers and external consultants producing efficient, build-able and high quality detailed design information for the Construction Team and driving the pre-construction team. Then expanding in to an Operations Director Role additionally including direct responsibility for all Construction, Commercial and Customer Service functions within the business. Also experience as the Director responsible for Information Technology and has overseen the implementation of a full disaster recovery plan along with infrastructure and operating systems upgrades.
