I am an athletics coach who specialises in sprinting and distance running. I have been in the coaching industry for more than 10 years. I founded Falcon Athletics in 2014. My athletes are from various international and government schools.They have been performing very well in MSSD (District), MSSS (State) and MSSM (National) athletic competitions. Some of them are currently holding the MSSD records in numerous events. I led the athletics team of HELP International School (Secondary)improved from 22nd place (2016) to 3rd place (2020) in MSSD Petaling Perdana. After the pandemic, I was appointed as the Head Coach of SMJK Katholik. I helped the athletics team to become the Champion of MSSD Petaling Utama in 2022. It was a historical moment as the team had waited 22 years before the trophy finally returned to the school. SMJK Katholik was awarded the Champion School of Selangor in the same year. In the following year, I was appointed as the Head Coach of SJKC Yuk Chai. My team became the Champion of MSSD Petaling Utama in 2023 and 2024. My athletes broke many district records for the past few years.With my teaching experience in several international schools, I understand the fundamental of coaching young children and teenagers. My patience allows me to nurture and encourage my athletes to excel in their sports. Discipline and sportsmanship are instilled into the athletes’ heart. I always believe that determination and consistency are the keys to success. I have helped many young athletes achieved their goals. My passion in athletics keeps me working hard to train athletes who are committed to the sport.
