Over the past decade, I have served in a variety of roles for over 1,000 live events in the entertainment industry. I've seen the events business from many different perspectives: as a performer, site ops assistant, show representative, venue manager, and operations director. I have experience with a range of artists, from huge touring productions to local showcases. Under my management, Marathon Music Works won IEBA's Club of the Year in 2018. in 2019 I lead the venue in a sustainability program that saw our first ever zero-waste event and an overall 25% of waste diverted from the landfill. My safety initiatives and conflict de-escalation training helped bridge the gap between security staff and patrons, to ensure guests of the venue left with a positive experience.
