He has extensive experience carrying out investigations and running and appearing in large-scale disputes in Australia and Africa, particularly in the banking and finance and energy and resources sectors.His range of clients includes, listed corporations, their directors and executives, financial institutions, high income and professional individuals, national and international corporate and financial advisory firms and Australian Regulators.David has particular interest in complex financial matters involving distressed companies, director duties and issues in project finance.Prior to moving to Western Australia, David practised as a barrister at the Johannesburg Bar in South Africa.
