Responsible for day to day operations of the facility, tenant requirements, construction and renovation projects, waste water treatment plant and all support operations. I am also the project manager for specialty construction projects in various regions throughout the country. Previously with FEMA: May 2013 - August 2017Chief of Space Management Operations with FEMA. I worked on lease/space acquisitions, managed new space requests internal to FEMA, managed the renovation process from inception, gathering the program of requirements, developing the scope of work and reviewing the solicitations and proposals for technical accuracy and best value. I made recommendations for projects to be awarded and managed the projects after award. Was responsible for managing all programs related to office furniture nationwide.Previously with GSA:Did commercial tenant build-outs for Federal government agencies in Washington, DC.Previously with Toll Brothers;I developed several communities within Belmont Country Club totaling over 400 homes with more than 1,642,760 SF of livable space. Everything from $400,000 to $2,300,000 homes. I was responsible for all aspects of the construction process. I actively managed several dozen subcontractors and employees.Responsible for establishing and maintaining budgets that are in the tens of millions of dollars.
