I am responsible for individual training governance, policy, strategy and plans within UK Space Command. I am the single source for all individual training SME knowledge within Space Command advise those who need specialist space training support. I support all levels of training and educational development, from requirement analysis, to design and development, to delivery and governance. One of my favourite parts of my role is liaising continuously with academia, industry and cross government departments on all space training related matters. I deliver public talks on space training. I work with our international allies on all elements of space training and feedback to their training leadership. Lastly, I am leading the UK Space Academy Project with the goal of creating a hub for all space training and education within Defence. Show less
