About David Swingle

I am an Operations Specialist within the CACI/Wexford Program Management Office supporting the DTRA DA contract. Prior to this I spent over four years in support of and eventually leading Counter Corruption efforts in Afghanistan, up to and following the retrograde to Qatar.I was previously focused on global Counter Terrorist / Counter IED operations for the Joint Improvised-Threat Defeat Organization (JIDO – now part of DTRA), Special Operations Branch supporting Special Operations Forces both at home and abroad as an all-source SME focused on finding, fixing, and disrupting enemy networks that employ or support the use of improvised explosive devices (IED).I was formerly a non-commissioned officer in the 75th Ranger Regiment as a Battalion and Task Force senior analyst, where I served on multiple deployments to various theaters of operation in support of the GWOT.I completed my undergraduate degree in Financial Forensics from Colorado Technical University in an effort to broaden the scope of my analytical capabilities and capacity.
