For most of my career and even in High School I have held a position of Leadership. I was raised to be humble and to respect my Leaders. As a Leader I try to support my Team, giving them every opportunity to excel and use their individual talents to help my Company maximize it's investment in them. I do my best to handle all situations I feel responsible for and only report up to my Leaders when necessary, leaving them to concentrate on their duties and the betterment of the operation.
