As the Medical Director of the James Madison University Health Center, I am excited to support our amazing team in providing compassionate, evidence-based care as well as education to this unique patient population. While serving as the Medical Director, Population Health at Valley Health System 2017-24, I collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of high quality, financially sustainable care to all. I have a strong background in evidence-based medicine, and I am passionate about improving health outcomes and reducing health disparities. I also have twenty-six years of experience in delivering evidence-based care to my rural community as an actively practicing family physician.I am grateful to be a part of the patient-centered, visionary James Madison University Health Center team, and that Valley Health System facilitated my professional growth and afforded me the opportunity to do meaningful, fulfilling work for over two decades.
