My responsibilities include hiring and training employees in the Seniors and Health Care markets. I also train Chefs on recipe compliance, inventory, and menu development. Food and Physical safety is also a big part of my job.

My responsibilities at Chili's were rotating through the following management positions: Front of the House Manager, Back of the House Manager, Training Manager, and Bar Manager. Responsible for bi-weekly inventories, food cost and labor reduction. Customer service is always an important part of a successful Restaurant.

I was in charge of the Housewares Department. Having a strong background in food service, restaurants, and also specialty kitchen store retail, I know a lot about the tools of the trade.
