An accomplished and proven Aviation Engineering Technician, with a background in large and small platform Avionic and Electrical systems including Electronic Warfare and ISTAR. I am experienced in front line, depth maintenance and software engineering environments. I have extensive experience of supporting operational output in Compliance and Airworthiness roles in line with the MAA regulatory framework. More recently I have expanded my knowledge of Quality Assurance working in the training environment to ensure highly trained personnel reach the front line. Highly invested in Continual Improvement I have strived to improve Engineering / Training Management Systems in every role I have occupied. Highly adaptable I have assimilated extensive knowledge and been active in ensuring quality in differing environments (FWD / Depth / Airworthiness / Software / Training) as well as driving cultural change across support / external agencies via effective engagement.
