I have experience across a broad range of commercial, operational, contract management, procurement, strategy development, HR, WHS and related activities. My background has been primarily in the Commercial Management area and has concentrated on change management, business system installations and best practice within a variety of organisations including St John Ambulance NT, Capital Health Network, Australian Digital Health Agency, Mobility Matters, Anglo Coal-Dawson Mines, T&C Excavations, Fitzroy River Water, Queensland Fisheries Management Authority, Kimberly Clark and Mitsubishi Motors Australia.I am self-motivated, professional, dedicated with a ”can do attitude”, able to prioritise workloads, problem solve and the ability to effectively manage staff and clients. My natural inclination is to develop strong internal and external relationships as an essential aid to “getting the job done” and more importantly to allow me to communicate effectively with my fellow employees, management, suppliers, service providers and stakeholders. My peers have described me as having a hands on approach and being a team player who is always professional, personable with a sense of humour, integrous and diplomatic. My previous positions have been more than just operating under existing system constraints, they involved a mindset of continuous improvement, a high degree of change management and the development of my staff to operate those systems and direct the output in a productive and meaningful way.
