With over sixteen years of experience in facilities management, I am currently the Director of Facilities, Real Estate and Business Operations at TuSimple, a global leader in autonomous trucking. In this role, I oversee the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of all TuSimple facilities across North America, as well as the negotiation and execution of real estate contracts and leases. I also manage the business operations and facilities departments, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance. I have successfully led multiple facilities projects, such as the expansion of the headquarters, the relocation of the test site, and the renovation of the warehouse, with the help of my team and external vendors. I have developed strong vendor relations skills, as well as problem-solving skills, to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality facilities that meet the needs of the company and its employees. I am passionate about creating a safe, comfortable, and productive work environment for TuSimple, and I am always looking for ways to improve the efficiency, sustainability, and functionality of our facilities.
