Provide technical support for various media platforms (On-Hold Messaging, In-store music, Digital Signage). Administer over the phone instructions regarding installation/troubleshooting for phone, audio, and digital signage equipment. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, phone application connectivity issues, messaging-on hold and phone system and compatibility issues.Provide Tier 2 Support by analyzing and diagnosing issues with media devices, upgrade firmware, use commands and scripts to help debug and resolve software issues. Update and schedule content in a timely manner, instruct how to use customer portal interface.
