I am an associate with Lundmark, Barberich, LaMont & Puig, P.C., where I am honing my skills in workers'-compensation defense. I have represented our clients in multiple stages of the claims' process, from interviewing fact witnesses, deposing applicants, taking medical testimony at hearings before the Industrial Commission, and briefing requests for review.Before this, I worked in Bowman and Brooke's Phoenix office, where I focused on product-liability defense, automotive-warranty defense, and commercial litigation for the firm’s corporate clients, which include some of the nation's largest automotive manufacturers. I was responsible for writing and arguing dispositive motions and appellate briefs, deposing fact and expert witnesses, and negotiating settlements. Early in my career, I briefed an appeal seeking a reversal in favor of the firm’s client, resulting in a published opinion by the Arizona Court of Appeals. Prior to joining Bowman and Brooke, I served as a law clerk for Chief Justice Robert M. Brutinel of the Arizona Supreme Court, where I honed my research and writing skills. Before that, I worked in the Executive Hearing Office of the Arizona Department of Transportation, where I helped draft administrative Decisions and Orders and researched statutory, regulatory, and constitutional requirements for administrative procedures. In my off hours, I enjoy spending time with my five children, studying ancient languages, weightlifting, and singing Gregorian chant.
