Scope of works:- Working with the data platform and tech team to enhance and integrate raw data from clients,transfer it from oracle to data warehouse (big-query)- Communicating with the operation, partnership, and product teams in order to negotiate withpartners on operational costs and data sharing in terms of making mutual benefits.- Creating an interactive dashboard to manage the business's performance at various layerlevels, such as Deputy of Staff, Head, and Executive, in order to improve productivity anddecision-making.- Providing intriguing insights into a new brand and advertising strategies for Agent Network, suchas "Expanding the business into new countries" and "Increasing the funnel acquisition andconversion rate."Actual outcome:- Achieved over 80% on the target during 6 months.- Pioneer in integrating business-critical data from partners.

- Interpreting and analyzing data using statistical techniques in order to submit regular reports to the Board of Directors. Acquire data from multiple sources, comprehend and maintain the data flow from the source to the data warehouse - Leveraging data mining, provide valuable insights for making the most challenging and critical decisions. Cooperating with close Operation-Tech team to create data systems and ETL pipelines for data updates.- Applying machine learning turning models to business challenges in order to optimize specific crucial business indicators. To extract data and optimize work for other departments, understand product APIs and third-party APIs.- Deploying the model to internal teams as well as in-app; creating A/B scenarios to validate the new model on staging or valid progress.- Documenting guidelines, roadmap during and coaching new members of the business intelligence team on how to adapt to the data dictionary, BI toolkits, and culture.

- Weekly and monthly reporting to leader/manager on running campaigns, identifying the factors that contributed to the campaign's success or failure with a tidy and visualized presentation.- Maintaining the report and information delivered to the customer are accurate and consistent using an automated data pipeline and the research of appropriate solutions to increase efficiency. - Developing new insights and ideas through individual and team projects such as building the RFM model, defining customer classification/ customer retention/ customer satisfaction, predicting daily sales and tracking the performance on target real-time by smartphone (Telegram bot).- Enhancing product by raising the interesting features to improve customer journey like building a loyal program, gamification to the customer, applying the A/B test.- Communicating and managing the timeline of the project, collecting the requirements before transforming the flow charts, prototype, process to work with the internal team.
