Completed contract work with various insurance companies assisting with complex claims and helping with streamlining the claims process for customers and for the company. Assisted with investigations for injury and fatalities for commercial and public sector accounts. Assisted in fire and theft investigations for auto and property. Contributed to the migration project for a company to change the software for their claims handling.

Review and analyze coverage for claims; both personal and commercial lines. Complete investigations to support liability decision including using evidence and statements to reach the most accurate conclusions. Provide superior customer service throughout the claims process, proven by remaining above the countrywide average survey. Assess injuries and negotiate/ settle claims with the insured and claimants in a quick and efficient manner.

Investigated, analyzed and determined the extent of liability of the company regarding loss or damages and worked to ensure a fair settlement with claimants and/ or their insurance carriers. Corresponded with and/or interviewed medical professionals, police, witnesses and/or claimants to compile information as part of the decision-making process. Reviewed damages and estimates to inform clients on status of repairs and estimated completion dates on their vehicles. Assessed and managed total loss handling to ensure customer satisfaction.

Assisted customers with banking needs, completing basic transactions, as well as managing customer accounts, loans, service requests, etc. Was recognized as achieving some of the highest customer service scores in the region, several times throughout employment.

Oversaw and addressed $2.7 million in charge off balances each month with delinquent customers. Also assisted management with training for new employees.

Planned and led weekly programs for 80-100 middle school and high school students. Also led a weekly Bible study for 20-25 young adults. Recruited and trained a volunteer staff of 20-25 adults, as well as a paid intern. Planned and executed two mission trips to Mexico and Inner-City Indianapolis. Designed and ran a senior high summer camp, leading a camp staff of 15, with 40 students attending. Also worked with at-risk teenagers at Pine Ridge Indian Reservation.

Trained and managed 30-40 sales associates. Helped store achieve record sales for the company. Recruited prospective employees, interviewed candidates, processed hiring paperwork and led new hires in training, among other managerial responsibilities.

Oversaw and managed weekly programs for approximately 20-40 students. Built relationships with students and their families. Designed and developed a new youth center for the sixth through twelfth grade students to foster a sense of unity among students through activities and programs. Set direction and vision for the youth program to track progress of the program and to identify successes and areas needing improvement. Created an annual discipleship event to kick off the new/upcoming school year. Also shared preaching/ teaching responsibilities with the Senior Pastor.
