David Talbot is an experienced commercial litigation attorney practicing in Houston, Texas. In addition to handling third-party insurance and first party bad faith claims, David has successfully defended clients in catastrophic personal injury and property damage claims involving 18-wheeler tractor-trailers, commercial armored vehicles, and heavy equipment. He has also represented clients in complex commercial matters, including contract disputes, business torts and environmental tort litigation. He has litigated and advised clients throughout all phases of the litigation process, representing clients in state and federal courts. David is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where he received an undergraduate degree in History.
