As a real estate leader, I have led and delivered multiple high-value deals and projects in excess of US$10 billion across China and South East Asia. I bring over 20 years of experience in real estate investment, fund management, asset management and operations, across a variety of asset classes including residential, commercial, logistics, data centres and integrated developments. I deliver the depth and breath of a regional experience and expertise.Most recently, I oversaw as a fund manager the strategic planning, performance and capital allocation of a diversified portfolio of assets worth over $2.5 billion, value adding to the investment and divestment of the assets under my care. At the same time, I spearheaded the strategic business expansion into smart and sustainable integrated developments. Being highly complex, the projects necessitate diversified stakeholders & partners management, clever capital strategies as well as structuring viable business roadmaps. I enhance my real estate expertise with a highly adept background in capital markets and M&A, having previously worked as an investment banker in a regional capacity.I am passionately determined to create value and impact communities across the region through innovative and sustainable real estate solutions. I hold an MSc in Quantitative Finance from Bayes UK and am an Australian Certified Practising Accountant.
