Senior Financial Analyst
Reporting to Head of Finance and partner with GMs and other cross-functional leaders of Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain and IT for strategic planning. The following are the main responsibilities but not limited to:• Research and analyse financial, statistical and operational data trends to identify revenue opportunity (channels) and growth requirements;• Evaluate the statistical information in support of investment planning such as new store opening and relocation;• Develop forecast tool to identify the risk of variances against the target and business pipelines; • Prepare financial model for project and investment (e.g. store investment/ reinvestment, IT solutions);• Prepare presentation deck for GM/Board meeting;• Prepare the pre-post review analysis for Marketing Campaign and Operational programs;• Lead the project or initiative to achieve Company’s growth target (e.g. improvement of operational efficiency and restaurant cost reductions)• Prepare the Company’s budget for annual business activities and performance incentivised target (PFP) for stores; • Review monthly management report (e.g. P&L) to identify the risk and variance on the business activities.• Prepare "what if" scenarios for case studies to identify the risk and opportunity sensitivity – to improve business decision; • Partner with cross-functional leaders in business planning and decision-making (particularly with Marketing, Operation, Development, Supply Chain and IT department. • Present the weekly/monthly outlook to the Management on the sales performance.• Manage group/external reporting to HQ (QSR Brands Bhd) and Franchisor (Yum!).
