I'm using the sum of my career experiences to open a cat cafe that finds homes for rescued cats and kittens, and allows the local community to have a positive, family-friendly place to frequent.

Managed a team of Controllers, Cost Analysts, Technical Cost Estimators, and Manufacturing Engineers responsible for quoting approximately $5B of business annually including:- Estimating material costs for all elements of JIT and Frame seat production [stampings, plastics, foam, etc]. - Estimating labor and burden costs, as well as Capital requirements- Creating Business Plans for Mechanisms, Trim Covers, Metal Frames and JIT Seat Assembly- Presentation of P&Ls, cash flow analysis, and Risk/Opportunity analysis to North America management, as well as ensuring approval from Global Headquarters.- Developing strategies in concert with Sales to find profitable solutions to winning programs at market pricesPersonally responsible for managing the region Acquisition budget, determining plant rates for labor and burden based on budget projections and past P&Ls, indirect management of support resources in Purchasing, Logistics, and Engineering. Developed rapid cost models for several material commodities.Created training programs to develop better understanding of the optimal Acquisition process among Sales community.

Manage Business Plans, lead Controllers worldwide, and analyze risks and opportunities for all new Seating business acquisition activity that extends to multiple regions [Asia, Europe, North America, etc]. Establish best practices and compare cost inputs and P&L results between regions to provide a consistent, competitive global offer to our customers.

Oversaw all Regional Controllers [China, India, Germany, America, South Africa] for a multi-billion JIT Seating acquisition with a German OEM.

Responsible for several General Motors, Honda, and Nissan Seating programs. Published Business Plans monthly, as well as tracking and forecasting spending on Engineering, Capital, and Tooling.

Responsible for estimating costs for all elements of JIT and Frame seat production [stampings, plastics, foam, etc]. Created and managed subsequent Business Plans, perform Cash Flow analysis.

Created cost estimates for the production of Headliner substrates and JIT assemblies to OEM customers.

Served as point of contact for the customer of our Headrest and Armrest products, later transitioning in to cost estimating and business analysis of trim cover production.
