- Maintenance of all guest accommodation, hotel and restaurant facilities - Gardening and landscaping, general upkeep of all outdoor areas within the resort- Co-ordinating the removal of onsite waste and recycling - Pool maintenance, monitoring optimal chlorine levels and ensuring pristine water quality - Swift and decisive emergency maintenance of guest accommodation, providing on call assistance to those in need - Providing prompt and efficient airport pickups and drop offs- Weekly rostering for maintenance department, delegating jobs and ensuring work carried out by maintenance team is complete to a high standard- Working within department budgets - Organising tradesmen and third parties to complete maintenance work on site - Answering to after hours emergencies

- Daily maintenance and upkeep of all guest amenities, staff quarters, grounds and on-site equipment- Repairs and maintenance of on-site waste water treatment plant as well as two generators that provide power to site and all clean water - Assistance in monthly reporting, routine inspections and planned growth within budgets- Staff training and guidance - Maintaining operations within Karijini National Park direction, collaborating with local park rangers and conducting maintenance with preservation and conservation in mind

- Operating heavy machinery including loaders, dump truck and water cart- Loading trucks with crushed limestone and rocks- Using crushes and screens for raw material- Cleaning and daily maintenance of equipment - Adhering to health and safety procedures and protocols to ensure safe work environment for all on site

- Inspecting and identify incoming waste- Correctly store hazardous waste items - Operate Forklift and Skid Steer to move recyclable items to appropriate areas- Operate waste truck to transport waste to landfill site- Operation of dump truck, loader and compactor when necessary - Ensure the safety of customers and staff by following all health and safety protocols - Identification and education of customers on unacceptable or hazardous waste as per the ‘Environmental Management and Monitoring Plan’- License for Class 2 Landfill and Hazardous Waste Criteria
