•Serve as the point of contact for internal partners, vendors and other end users to track and resolve technical issues and fullfil system enhancement requests.•Work with key stakeholder groups to ensure maximum utilization of system capabilities in meeting client expectations, and development of improved capabilities.•Provide ongoing user training to ensure effective utilization by field and back office operations.•Manage relationship and service level agreements with software vendor.•Monitor and track system performance.•Identify and advocate for continuous process improvement and automation opportunities.•Provide support and governance including SOPs for tools, data, policies and processes.•Support the Facility Management Team and key stakeholder groups with their various processes.•Design, develop and promote automated production of frequently requested reports, reporting dashboard and metrics.•Support operational analysis of all performance metrics.•Provide, ad-hoc reporting based on needs of clients.•Respond to requests for information in a timely fashion.•Serve as a single point of coordination for all systems.•Ensure all systems are kept up to date and synchronized with other CFG resources.

Providence, Rhode Island Area

This role’s primary responsibility is to visit locations in our portfolio and perform a survey of the various building systems. During the survey data is entered into a central capital planning tool. This data is then used to create a strategy for the spend of capital dollars to ensure our portfolio is being kept up to date in the most efficient way.

• Operating all portfolio wide Building Automation (BMS) and Energy Management (EMS) Control Systems used to support the Americas Property team• Respond to customer demand assisting in provision of highly focused Facilities Management service• Ensure business continuity is maintained within the scope of Service Level Agreements• Responsible for assistance with immediate action in emergency’s to reinstate failed systems and/or critical pieces of equipment• Carrying out control system monitoring and technical operational adjustments as required to support the business and meet the required operating standard• Member of a technical team, which supports all critical infrastructure and Data Centers, as well as all facility systems across the Americas portfolio• Contributing to the continuous improvement process of the Property Technical Operations and Data Center team
