Trigo provides quality control services globally within the automotive and aerospace manufacturing industries.+Responsible for managing all aspects of operations for quality control cage on night shift including material call down, associate training, and inventory control.

Responsible for supervising quality control activity in QCC areas controlled by FormelD inside the BMW Manufacturing plant. Supervisor responsibilities include: Training quality control cage leadership team members, guiding prioritization of part processing to ensure part availability for production lines, providing coaching and disciplinary action, and administrative responsibilities. Responsible for auditing data captured by associates for accuracy, and for providing feedback to the management team to assist in process improvement. Tools used in daily processes include SAP, Microsoft Excel and Power Apps. Responsible for forklift operation when no dedicated driver is present.

• Forklift experience: over 8 years of certified experience operating standing and sitting forklifts, electric and liquid propane• SAP experience involving movements of BMW part inventories to ensure quality standards and part availability for the production line• One year experience maintaining physical vs SAP inventory integrity for quality containment areas

• maintaining acceptable testing environment / setting up for tests• measuring product batch attributes such as volume, density, and water content to determine if product falls within acceptable tolerance • Archiving of samples• Maintain an electronic (excel) archive of test results• Checking line setup before each run against recipe for that batch.
