David has been engaged in activities within the Renewable Energy Industry since 2004 after founding Perpetual Energy Ltd, and later HPE LLC and Orbital Solar LLC/Ltd. He continues to hold interests in WInd and Transmission ProjectsDuring this time, he has completed a variety of Renewable Energy projects for multi-national clients. This included the initiation and implementation of a $10m global Solar PV evaluation program for IKEA Group based in Sweden with a large scale roof top installation program using most of the major equipment manufacturers, completed in 4 countries – Germany, Spain, USA & Belgium (2006 to 2008); David was also involved in the original RFP program for Wal-Mart’s own Solar PV program in the USA (2005 to 2006).He successfully raised investment into and began co development of an ongoing development of 1000MW of Wind Farm projects in the USA (2007 to date) along with approximately 2MW of Solar PV in Europe and the USA (2006 to 2010). David was also a co-founder/partner in the successful early stage development of a long distance High Voltage DC Transmission Line running from Texas to the West Coast, originally called the Santa Fe Line, later renamed the Centennial Line following the sale to Cleanline of Houston, Texas.

Business Development & Sales of Oracle Technology and Applications to Banking and Insurance Clients.David was instrumental in the Sale of the first Oracle Core Financials Sale to a Tier One UK Bank (HBOS). He also led the co-development of Risk Applications with Oracle Partners based in Luxembourg, and also the Business Development for the purpose of Inernational Accounting Standards (IAS) and Basel 2 compliance into the UK Banking Sector.
