Responsibility for all European entities in the following areas:- the entire accounting, including all subsidiary ledgers and the general ledger- Management of all tax matters, including income taxes, VAT, transfer pricing and tax audits- Monthly reporting to the headquarter in the USA according to US GAAP- Preparation of the annual financial statements according to HGB (German Commercial Code)- coordination of the foreign subsidiaries- collaboration with external auditors and tax advisors
