Three Waters Planning Lead
I lead a team of 9 responsible for the planning our New Plymouth Districts' 3 waters infrastructure from problem identification to the completion of preliminary design. Key highlights have been leading a transformation in how NPDC engage with Iwi on our three waters activities, creation of many of the foundations necessary for good three waters planning and making significant progress in the rigor behind our business cases for projects.
