About David Taylor

An accomplished senior leader from within the staffing and workforce industry with over 24 years’ experience. Currently working as an advisor to the founders, board and shareholders of an AI technology platform launching in the recruitment sector, previously as Managing Director for Randstad UK&I, I was responsible for defining the talent and client delivery strategy, adopting a customer-centric delivery culture, and bringing to life our partner for talent strategy. Prior to this I was responsible for delivering the operational strategy whilst managing a P&L of more than £450m at Adecco UK&I. I spent 10 years working at Impellam Group as Managing Director for their global healthcare recruitment business. I was responsible for operations across the UK, Ireland, Middle East, India, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand, including the implementation and management of their global shared service centre, and the launch of a new innovative eHealth business, ignosys.Throughout my career, I have been responsible for many large-scale transformation programmes, including launching a dedicated managed service division that resulted in managing over £250m of client spend, through to driving strategic change across global organisations including integrating mergers and acquisitions of varying size and complexity.
