•Implementation and delivery of a brand new consultant, candidate and client facing software application – PeopleSoft. Project value of £40m.•Managing the project across 400 offices, 2500 consultants and 17 different specialist business areas.•Redefining business processes, along with training the end users to ensure a new way of working complimented the UK strategic objectives and world-wide brand repositioning programme.•Headed up the query resolution effort and stabilisation process through a London based SSC, whilst maintaining responsibility for customer delivery across the business.•Developed a strategy to ensure that upon completion, an engagement project is started to start to realise return on investment over the next 12-18 months.

•Management of multi-country, multi discipline Admin function – 85 direct reports, £200m turnover, £45m sales ledger, c13,000 weekly temporaries payrolled, c2,500 clients billed•Staff productivity levels increased – reduction of 30 FTE in 3 months – salary saving of £750k•Full profit and loss accountability across Payroll, Billing and Accounts Receivable functions•Detailed involvement in UK business review resulting in negotiating a sale of 31 branch locations – secured continuous employment for +140 people•Managed the transition to downsize the UK organisation.•Full responsibility for the stabilisation efforts in completing the project to implement a new payroll and billing and finance platform, PeopleSoft.•Conception and implementation of new departmental structure in-line with downsizing of the total business – 40% reduction in business; 80% reduction in headcount•Led and motivated the team through the period of change across the business; delivered consistent results under difficult circumstances.

•Multi-site (65) detailed business performance reviews conducted across all divisions for the UK & Ireland Board Directors•In-depth analysis of the Ireland and Professional Divisions conducted to assist with re-shape of the total organisation•Management of ISO9002 accreditation for the UK and Ireland, ensuring contractual and customer compliance•Project managed the implementation of a new query system resolving +1,000 worker complaints in 3 months
