Attached to the automation team where my areas of responsibilities included system migration for automation workflows. This involved learning about the existing workflows and how they were implemented and the best way to migrate them over to the new system. While doing so, improvements to the workflows were also done for increased efficiency and greater ease of use. Additional components were created by me such as a rest services for ease of access to the new system. My responsibilities did not just stop at migrating existing workflows but also the creation of new workflows for automation. For the creation of new workflows, my tasks followed the whole project life cycle from the gathering of requirements to the roll out for users. Additionally, my experience here was not just limited to automation but I was given the chance and excelled in other tasks such as the creation of a SharePoint site for internal tracking of incidents and the creation/editing of user guides such as a VPN user guide.
