Member of senior management team responsible for strategy and direction in UK, Europe and US. Manufacturing plant in China. Part of a Swedish based group of healthcare based product manufacturers/distributors.

Overall responsibility for the Finance Function of a £60m turnover supplier of components to the Industrial Gas Turbine market.Key member of management team driving strategic direction and Operational Improvements.Development of systems and improvement of financial and other controls.Work closely with Operations, Engineering and Logistics functions to drive business change and improvement.

FD and equity partner in business which started as a machinist for Rolls Royce and grew by acquisition (in which I was a key player) to 6 diverse engineering businesses.Full responsibility for Finance function. Acquisition strategy, deployment and post acquisition integration.

US Distributor for Royal Worcester, Spode, and other 3rd party products to retail chains throughout USA.Overall responsibility for finance function, relationships with funding partners, and compliance with all US regulations.Key member of strategic management team.

Manufacturer and Retailer of high class Bone China and Porcelain tableware and giftware.Initially Retail Division accountant followed by Manufacturing Accountant, with overall responsibility for the Finance function.
