After 34 years working as an Investment Advisor and Private Wealth Manager, I retired and resigned from JBWere with effect from 31.12.20. Prior to that I was an investment advisor with JBWere since 1986 when I co-founded the Christchurch office for the predeceasing firm, Jordan Sandman Smythe. Between 1991-1994 I was the Investment Manager at Perpetual Trust before re-joining JBWere in 1995 ahead of my move to the Wellington office. I specialised in the area of Private Wealth Management where I advised a wide range of long standing high net worth clients and their families, family and charitable trusts, as well as smaller institutional clients. I was also a qualified Authorised Financial Advisor (AFA) and a Foundation Member of the NZX until I resigned from both on 31.12.20As I enter retirement I look forward to a staying involved with the Charitable and Not-For-Profit sectors.
