Responsible for the design and project management for capital improvement projects and all engineering needs for various municipalities and authorities in New Jersey. Tasks include oversight and management of the design staff, permitting and administrative staff, preparing request for proposals, preparing engineering and construction management proposals, budgeting, project oversight, construction cost estimates, writing project specifications, design of roads, sanitary sewer facilities, drainage systems and athletic fields. This position also includes direct client contact as well as invoicing and collections. Responsibilities include interaction with Municipal, County and State officials on project direction and permitting. Serving as the Engineer for the Borough of North Plainfield as well as the Planning Board and Board of Adjustment since 2008 as well as Public Works Director and Zoning Officer since March 2017.
