I know and understand the complexities of the healthcare system, and how to position the organization for genuine growth as well as an opportunity to tackle and achieve measurable successes.As CEO of MMC I am responsible for overseeing consulting with hospitals and physician groups focusing on improving operations and financial stability. In addition to consulting, MMC provides a wide variety of software.Two of our current products are as follows: HCC Tracker which is used by organizations to track lost revenue opportunities from failing to appropriately document diagnosis.A second product is Employer Operations Tracker which starts with a Corporate Health Profile that provides critical health and wellness information designed to identify the major drivers for unhealthy behavior, inappropriate utilization, and misaligned treatment down to the individual level. This, in turn, allows for accurate targeting of challenges and complications associated, which affects direct cost as well as poor productivity and job satisfaction. This maximizes the ROI for the employers' population health management program.
