I have experience in large multi-national as well as smaller privately held companies. My range of experience includes; sales, engineering, operations, and management of core quality disciplines in the manufacturing environment and team leadership to improve process quality, process controls, and overall business activities.During my career, I have been responsible for all aspects of the manufacturing process: establishing and fine tuning processes with real time data collection and tight statistical control of the processes. In specific, I was responsible for establishing and organizing the meetings for the cross functional teams inside the organization to assure plant participation to improve processes and environmental activities. I worked closely with customers and suppliers on start-up to assure that we met all requirements and expectations prior to product release and created many fail safe methods for our suppliers and customers that improved their process controls while reducing costs significantly.I have been responsible for many successful projects. I have been involved with several different industries that I have audited for ISO14000, ISO9000, and TS16949, which I have gained experience and knowledge across different industry disciplines.
