Lime and CO2 Dosing Plants, 29 valve connection chambers along pipelines network for distribution, network-wide MEICA works, construction management, site safety, schedule and forecast, quality, testing and commissioning.

Changi Water Reclamation Plant Project, SingaporeCH2M Hill executed CWRP as design-build project in collaboration with CPG Corp for a modern water reclamation plant on the reclaimed land by the sea. The 800,000 m3/day wastewater treatment facility houses one of the largest thermal sludge dryers in the world at that time. Thermal energy for dryers is obtained from biogas produced from sludge digestion. Treated sewage effluent water is reused as raw water for NEWater factories co-located within the CWRP plant site. Core responsibiities include design supervision, schedule/quality compliance inspections, project control, T&C support.
