Lonza Pharma Biotech – Switzerland (Visp) Senior Scheduler Mar 2019 to Aug 2019A Senior Scheduler role supporting all planning related activities for the fit-out of the new $250M pharma biotech facility at Visp in Switzerland. Responsibilities & achievements included:-• Managed the planning requirements, that were consistent with the Client needs, during the design, procurement & construction phase of the project• Development of the schedule identifying and planning construction build areas leading to a system sequence to enable mechanical completion, commissioning and IQ/OQ of the facility and it’s utilities• Key central integrator and responsibility of planning between the project schedule and Contractor schedules.• Assessment of Supplier tender schedules during the procurement bid phase • Schedule impact analysis including proposals for risk mitigation for Client change or engineering constraints• Earned value, cost forecasting and schedule baseline management
