- Managed the planning requirements, that were consistent with the Client needs, during the design, procurement & construction phase of the project
- Development of the schedule identifying and planning construction build areas leading to a system sequence to enable mechanical completion, commissioning and IQ/OQ of the facility and it’s utilities
- Key central integrator and responsibility of planning between the project schedule and Contractor schedules.
- Assessment of Supplier tender schedules during the procurement bid phase
- Schedule impact analysis including proposals for risk mitigation for Client change or engineering constraints
