Completely changed the organizational structure of the company, making it much more efficient, defined a strategy and target market based upon existing and future in-house technologies and re-worked the internal reporting systems. The result was a software (versus services) company that was much more appealing in the target market. Further, the company went from loosing money on a monthly basis to EBITDA profitability. This all led to a very successful sale to a much larger pharma company

Led the company efforts in two successful security offerings and one debt financing as well as the final private placement. We sustained less than 5% turnover during the time of market/stock price depression.
