Previously, as the Chief Financial Officer, was responsible for the financial, legal, and administrative functions of the company. Led the company efforts in two successful security offerings and one debt financing as well as the final private placement. Our focused operating model gained the internal faith of key employees and is on track to achieve break even just two and one half years after the first revenues.
