My motivation for working in education is to see young people succeed and make real change in the globalised, knowledge-based world of today by relentlessly pursuing excellence. I believe by using up to date pedagogical principles such as enriched realities, personalised learning and equity-orientated pedagogy will not only improve the learning experience for our students but will set us apart from our competitors. As a whole school leader, it is essential that outstanding collaboration, communication, critical thinking and cultural awareness is implemented across the school. It is vital to nurture the best learning environment for children to feel safe, valued and happy to ensure they progress to the best of their own abilities.
