We use hydrotharapists,specialist massage therapists to provide you with the best possible service around.we have two hydro pools with temperatures around 36 degrees a cold water therapy pool at 5 degrees and a hot pool at 40 degrees.we specialize in disabilities and have sponsored various Welsh and British sports people.we are able to provide for all ages.
