A number of positions over the years as career progressed. Significant time at a niche and very successful Reinsurance broker, Carvill, where we were taught an enormous amount about real culture and a vision as well as strategy, planning and execution of complex ideas. I was fortunate enough to join at a young age and absorb a more entrepreneurial approach.Moved to WTW and with their support launched Innovisk which is intended to be a leading platform in the developing Insurance industry where those who can, will exploit the developing value of data and technology to better understand risk, risk capital needs and distribution.
