My working life in a nutshell:- Lots of HMG Programme, Project and Change Management experience.- Currently contracting as a Programme Manager to deliver a new IT system for MoD. - Senior PM roles with Fujitsu on Home Office & MoD accounts.- Four years with CXC as an Account Manager and Management Consultant.- Programme, Project & Change Management roles with the Police (Counter Drones) and FCDO Services (International Cyber Programme). - Eight years as a Civil Servant working for the MoD and Home Office in technical, Project and Change Management roles.- Served 23 years in the Royal Corps of Signals, leaving as a WO1 Yeoman of Signals.I’ve worked for and alongside Government and Suppliers including those in sensitive areas in the UK and abroad. I have an extensive network across HMG and industry to help clients meet their needs. All of this experience has put me in a position to help people achieve their best and the customer get what they need. I’m sensitive to peoples needs and can balance this against getting the job done. I also have some Non-Executive Director experience, been Chair of a Military Veterans Charity and created a county wide football league for older players.
