I am accountable for all global sales revenue across 40+ international retail markets. I am responsible for motivating & leading an international sales team to deliver annual revenue and gross margin targets. I lead and manage internal technology and sales delivery processes to delivery best in class customer service. Main Duties . Recruit, train & lead a multi lingual international sales team to exceed quarterly & annual revenue targets . Key Account Director for national retail outlets such as TK MAXX USA, Canada, EU, UK , Boots UK, Warehouse Group NZ, WH Smith UK , Farmers NZ, Ryman's, Nature-Et-Decourvetes FR & London & Paris Science Museum . Negotiate joint business plans and major instore promotions with high street retail and distribution partners . Identify & coordinate growth market opportunities globally across multiple retail sectors - E.G- Exhibiting at Global Trade Shows - CES Las Vegas, HK Gift & Premium Show, UK Spring Fair, IFA Berlin ) . Interface with key internal members within marketing, design, supply chain & logistics to ensure excellence in service and delivery outcome for our partners. . Deliver constant critical analysis of overall sales performance and weekly KPI reporting to managing directors.. Manage internal structures of working including CRM system’s – ‘Slack', ‘Monday' & ‘Karma’
