David spent six years with a national property-focused recruitment firm, where he solidified his commitment and drive for the industry, before identifying a need for a more personalised, specific and hands-on approach. Recruit was born in response to a need for a better approach to recruitment with a client-focused methodology.David is known for his strong network of candidates, in-depth understanding of the space and passion for the industry. He is the go-to for industry leaders, recruiting across residential and commercial property development sectors. David holds an Honours Degree in Behavioural Science (Psychology), further enhancing his understanding of people, personalities and behaviours. He is currently completing his Master of Organisational Psychology and is also an accredited DISC Advanced Consultant - a psychometric testing tool used to assess individual behavioural preferences and tendencies in the workplace.
