Telstra Health operates the National Cancer Screening Register (NCSR), a digital platform underpinning the Australian Government’s National Bowel, Cervical and Lung Cancer Screening Programs.As the Product Stream Leader on the delivery of the National Lung Cancer Screening Program I'm responsible for leading the lung program's product management stream, including ways of working, strategy alignment, road mapping, discovery, go to market activities and much more.

I led cross-functional teams to discover, shape, build, launch, monitor & sunset product solutions aligned with strategic roadmap initiatives covering financial compliance, billing tools, e-signature integration, asynchronous mass update tools, performance and more.This also included continuous research & pre-discovery, roadmap prioritization, estimated ROI calculations, facilitating discovery workshops, interviews & early access programs, and product escalations with users ranging in seniority from associate to c-suite level. Reporting on product metrics to track adoption and measure success was critical for decision making.

As a Professional Services Consultant, I was responsible for the project management of customer software implementations. This included business analysis of configuration requirements, scoping and documenting technical specifications, writing documentation, training end users and managing strong relationships between company and client. Post project delivery my responsibilities included account management, additional end-user consulting and training, as well as the project management of additional addendum implementations (primarily new modules and services).

Placed on Fujitsu’s Victoria Police account, I worked primarily with key police stakeholders to support and manage a portfolio of software applications. This involved every stage of the SDLC, including requirements analysis, development, testing, documentation and implementation. Technologies used were primarily VB6 and .NET (client-server and web). Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders assisted with support as well as identify new business opportunities.In order to support these applications, I often had to lead small teams (2-5 people), mentor graduates/interns, and perform workshops to assist with risk mitigation and planning the planning of upcoming application patches or similar changes.
