While at PTGi he modernized the network platforms and implemented a network and systems integration plan that drove cost reduction through efficiency and productivity improvements. At Arbinet, he orchestrated the modernization of all key systems and platforms while rebuilding the executive team, cutting expenses and capital expenditure (CapEx), all while exceeding industry revenue performance levels.Previously, DAVID provided executive and operational oversight through a series of interim and turnaround consulting engagements including bankruptcy restructurings and operational performance improvement programs.His corporate experience began at MCI/WorldCom where he rose through the engineering ranks to Director of Transmission Engineering overseeing the building of MCI’s fiber optic transport network.
