Leading through a shift operations team and day operations group, ensuring safety, compliance, production and financial targets are met.Responding to VP Operations and Maintenance, responsibilities include:•Management of 50 Shift Personnel•Management of 13 Day Operations Personnel•P&L accountability for the Conventional and Green Power Businesses •Management of Multi £MM Fixed Cost Budget•Management of Multi £MMM Variable cost BudgetRole Key Accountabilities- To contribute to the strategic direction of the Utilities business generating ideas and projects where possible.- Lead and guide operational resource to deliver quantifiable business improvements and support new developments.- Delivery of plant and operations objectives.- Contribute to the development of the annual budget, operate within its parameters and report - Optimise current assets to enhance financial contribution.- To lead and direct operational resource for Utilities to ensure targets are met and business interruption risk is managed to ensure all customer deliveries are met on time in full.- Effective resource allocation. Risk management plan in place.
