- Led a team of Fifteen Detectives who were tasked with investigating Commercial Armed Robberies in Central and South west London- Tactical Commander taking responsibility for decision making in over 350 pre-planned armed Operations involving the use of Specially trained Firearms Officers and Armed detectives together with Armed Surveillance Officers- Introduced a team of Financial Investigators to this team to provide updated intelligence and evidence through the exploitation of Proceeds of Crime Act Orders and the creation of Financial Profiles
